What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost is €6.90 , free over €59 .
Which couriers do you ship with?
The shipping service is active throughout Italy . The ordered items will be delivered by GLS, FEDEX or TNT courier.
What are the shipping times?
Specific shipping times for each item are clearly indicated on the corresponding product page.
If the item is in stock , we aim to deliver it within 2-3 working days.
If the item is not in stock we need more time to receive it here and prepare it for delivery. You will receive your order in approximately 10-20 working days.
Other items are shipped directly from our suppliers , and the times required for shipping are shown in each product sheet.
In the case of different delivery times for each type of product , shipping will follow the longest timescale shown on the order confirmation.
However, please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the shipping process.
Islands and remote areas could be served with longer times. During holiday periods, deliveries may be delayed.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
Changing an order can be made by contacting us via WhatsApp at 3342403054 or by contacting customer support at the following email ufficio@antiopedesign.com .
Does the courier deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. It is possible to enter the address of a place of work / a neighbor / a business that is always open etc.
If the courier doesn't find the goods, will they return them?
The courier makes 2 delivery attempts to the indicated address. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the goods are transferred to the nearest branch. Our shipping office will then contact you to arrange a new delivery or collection at the branch.
For us it is very important to be able to deliver your package on the first attempt because this allows us to avoid unnecessary and costly costs that arise from delivery attempts after the first one and from the storage service.
Orders
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is processed (i.e. ready to go) you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number which you will need to monitor your order during shipping.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods accepted on Antiope Design are:
Credit card : All credit cards are accepted. Antiope Design DOES NOT record any credit card information. None of Antiope Design's computer archives will retain such data. Under no circumstances can Antiope Design be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on ' www.antiopedesign.it '.
Klarna : If you choose to pay in 3 installments with Klarna, you will be redirected directly to Klarna at the end of the order process. If you are already a Klarna customer, you will be able to log in to your account with your credentials and make the payment. If you are new to Klarna, you will be able to open an account and then complete the payment. It is possible to place orders with a value between a minimum of €35.00 and a maximum of €1500.00.
PayPal : You can pay for your order through the PayPal payment system. You can also choose to make the payment in 3 convenient instalments.
Bank Transfer: You can pay for your order by bank transfer. Select the option at checkout to view header data. We will wait for the credit to your bank account before shipping your order.
Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery involves an additional fee of €4.90 . This fee will automatically be added to your order total. Once the order has been confirmed, you have until it is shipped to cancel it. By choosing the payment on delivery method, the buyer is bound to collect and pay for the goods, the package cannot be refused for any reason. Failure to deliver due to refusal, incorrect address or unavailability of the customer will result in the customer being charged for shipping costs (outbound, storage and return). In case of non-payment of expenses, we will proceed with the forced recovery of the amounts with increased costs and reporting to the authorities for the crime of fraudulent insolvency ( Article 641 of the Penal Code ) punishable by 2 years in prison and a 516 euro fine.
How can I request an invoice?
The invoice can be requested on the site during the purchase phase by entering the data on the Cart page, in the " Order Note " screen.
You will receive a copy of your invoice via email, to the address indicated when ordering.
I am purchasing a fragile item: are there any risks?
The packaging of fragile items is done with particular care. However, if it breaks during transport, we will take care of sending a replacement as quickly as possible.
In the event of stocks running out, if the item is no longer replaceable, we will give you the option of receiving a refund of your order or receiving a voucher of equal value to be used for another purchase on our site.
Returns and Exchanges
Is it possible to make a return?
Certain! The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the delivery date. The withdrawal may concern all or only part of the products purchased by the customer.
In case of withdrawal, the return shipping is paid by the Customer.
The Customer may communicate his withdrawal via:

The following must be indicated:
- order number (shown in the email received after purchase)
- name and surname of the order holder
- if you take charge of the shipment or if you request it to be organized by Antiope Design (at a flat rate of €9.90 , which will be deducted from the refund)
Once the return procedure has been taken care of,
- if the Customer sends the goods on his own , once the return has been received in our warehouses, we will process the refund procedure within 14 working days of the entire amount paid during the purchase, including shipping costs ( section V of art. 52 -59 Consumer Code).
- if the Customer entrusts Antiope Design with the collection of the goods , we will instruct our courier to proceed with the pick-up at the shipping address indicated during the purchase. Once the return has been received in our warehouses, we will process the refund procedure within 14 working days of the amount paid during the purchase phase, from which the cost of the return organized by Antiope Design, equal to €9.90, must be deducted (this expense is calculated at a flat rate and does not depend on the volumetric weight of the shipment).
Antiope Design reserves the right to refuse items that are not in the same initial condition.
Is it possible to make an exchange?
The right of exchange is free.
The Customer can communicate to proceed with the change via:

The following must be indicated:
- order number (shown in the email received after purchase)
- name and surname of the order holder
The collection of the goods will be organized by Antiope Design. We will instruct the GLS courier to proceed with the pick-up at the shipping address indicated during the purchase.
Once the return has been received in our warehouses, within 14 working days, we will process a Discount Code for an amount equal to the value of the returned items (excluding initial shipping costs). The coupon is unique and personal and does not expire.
Antiope Design reserves the right to refuse items that are not in the same initial condition.
